NCL Star cabin question

Hello everyone, I have a cabin question. I booked my cruise thru travelocity. I booked a BE cabin on deck 8. I just checked travelocity and i discovered this:Stateroom: BE, Oceanview w Bal 10100. Is 10100 the cabin number? If so then I am on the 10 floor in a ba cabin. What is the difference between a be and a ba? Thanks for the replies......

The main difference between a BA and BE cabin is location.

Most BA cabins are on Deck 10 , all BE cabins are on Deck 8.

Since the BE cabins are on Deck 8, they have framed balconies.

Some prefer framed balconies, most do not.

But the cabin sizes are the same.

Hi Sweetpea. We were in cabin 10578. I found this cabin very comfortable. There is a lot of space to store things. We stored some of our suitcases under the bed. Also I didn't find the closet as confusing as I had read on the board. The balcony was the best though. Also the cabin stewarts we had on this floor were great. They kept our room clean all the time. They were there almost everytime we left in the morning and always turned our beds down. I hope you have as wonderful a time as we did on our cruise.
