Suitcases, size? under bed?

Will large suitcase fit under beds on Serenade of Sea? Is there a rod in closet? I have velcro hanging shoe bag for storage - requires rod to hang on. Any help is appreciated!

Lifejackets take up a lot of under-bed space. Depending on cabin type, you should have plenty of room behind the sofa/in the closet for suitcases. Alternatively, you can put the life jackets elsewhere and store the suitcases under the bed. You will have a rail for your shoe thingy.

I am not sure how large is large? We have always been able to fit all of our luggage under the bed. Sometimes it was necessary to lift the frame a bit and then slide the luggage under. This may be different with the new bedding. If your suitcase will NOT fit under the bed, you can try the closet or your cabin steward will take it and store it for you and return it on the last day so you can pack. Yes, there is a rod (sometimes an upper and lower one) in the closet. Hope this answers your questions!

We usually put the life jackets on the top of the closet and then store our suitcases under the bed. There is a rod in the closet.

If the suitcase is a large one, open it up all the way and then slide it under the bed.

We've always been able to fit our suitcases under the bed along with the lifejackets... One our suitcases is 10" thick and it still fit under the new beds.

Yep! All you have to do is lift the bed up a little bit and they will slide right under. It is so much better to get them out of the way.

My suitcase was huge. Weighed over 70 lbs when packed. It fit under the bed just fine. No problems at all. Have fun!
