Early disembarking - San Juan

I am asking this question onbehalf of someone who will be cruising on Destiny in Jan 2008 out of San Juan.

What is Carnival's policy for EARLY disembarking? I know you can ask to get one of the first set of color tags to be called, but does Carnival have an earlier option than that?

On my recent Princess cruise we were escorted off the ship by 7:30 am because we registered our early flights ahead of time... How does this work on Carnival...

Destiny doesn't self disinbark.

They should go to the Purser's Desk with proof of early flight. They will be given VIP luggage tags and be able to get off with the first group.

One more thing I didn't know. I wonder why? Thank you for yet another tidbit to prepare me for my Destiny cruise!
