cruzinrealtor Posted April 30, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 30, 2007 Wanting to do a trip on the conquest class but have three children 10,6 & 3, so not comfortable with two separate rooms, has anyone done this with younger children? Not sure if they have adjoining cabins, I know the Spirit class do. Thanks for any information.
HeidiHo Posted April 30, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2007 You cannot put 5 in a cabin on a Conquest Class ship. I do believe they have adjoining cabins tho but I haven't actually checked the deck plans.
truecruiser Posted April 30, 2007 #3 Share Posted April 30, 2007 i have a similar situation to yours. 3 kids now 5 (almost 6), 8 (almost 9), and just turned 10. we have stuck w/ fantasy or triumph class vessels for all CCL cruises in the past b/c they allow 5 in a cabin. we are doing our first conquest class and spirit class cruises soon, and this will be the first time for us w/ 2 rooms. we hope it'll work out just fine. we will not put the children in a separate room just yet, as they are too young, and i wld be so worried, i'd never sleep if i did. we did not have luck finding a triple and double connecting. so we will do myself, my daughter and youngest in one cabin; then my husband and other son in the other. the way we are looking at it, is that it will really only be for sleeping anyway. if we are staying in the cabin to relax, we will stay in one cabin together. we don't plan to have separate vacations in any way, and hope it'll work just fine. we really wanted to try different classes of ships. so, i hope for good luck for us, and i'll wish good luck for you too!;)

GayleR Posted May 1, 2007 #6 Share Posted May 1, 2007 Conquest class ships do have adjoining cabins. They are wonderful. We are also a family of 5 and we had adjoining cabins last year. We kept the door open between the two cabins the whole week.
