Trans-Atlantic Direction

When considering the Trans-Atlantic Cruise is it better to take it East (US to Europe) or West?

I believe in one instance you wind up with "25-hour" days....

Thanks in advance

We like the westbound transatlantic. You get 25 hour days instead of 23 hour days, and most of your ports are at the beginning of the cruise so that you can rest up on the crossing and arrive back in the US refreshed, relaxed, and rested and on the correct time - no jet lag.
