Yet another alcohol question

I combed this board and have not found no answers for this question...About how much are drinks on board? I know they're pricey, but I'm looking for a price range. Are we talking $5-7 for mixed drinks or more? I'm usually a rum-and-tonic drinker, and I'm just trying to figure out my cruise budget :) Does anyone know if they have Heineken on board? I've also read that you're allowed to bring on two bottles of wine; is there any kind of allowance for beer? Thanks!

Two raspberry frozen Margaritas were right at $12.00.

 

A bucket of 16 oz. Budlights (4) was $19.00 pre tip.

 

The wine we drank in the restaurant was $25.00 a bottle

 

The wine for David's was 36.00 (I think) a bottle.

 

There was Becks, Amstel Light and Heineken in the refrierator. . . think $4 something a can.

 

Softdrinks were $2.06 with tip.

 

I think that is all I know. . . .

Per Carnival's web site, the only alcohol allowed to be taken on the ship is a reasonable amount of wine. Who determines what is considered "reasonable" is the $64,000 question. Most people take upwards of two or more bottles. Most others, risking confiscation, take different alcoholic beverages. On our last cruise to Bermuda I took a small amount of alcohol for 'medicinal purposes' in my carry-on without a problem.;)

a simple mixed drink was almost 6 bucks with the tip last november.

No Draft beer on any cruise I have been on.
