What time does Conquest pull away from the dock?

about one hour before the departure time but cutting it that close could be very bad as that is when muster is usually held. I would be there no later than an hour and half before departure time which is listed on Carnival's site. Ie 4:00 Depart I would be there no later then 2:30 pm.

The Conquest is "quoted" as having a 4:00 departure, but I watch the webcam like a hawk, and I haven't seen that happen yet. Earliest I've seen is 4:45.

I'm not saying this to tell people they have more time to get onboard, just saying it to let people know what time she leaves. I would always assume a 4:00 departure, you never know.
