Has anyone used this service? The rates are really reasonable. We are looking for transportation from hotel to Gatwick only.

Don't know where you are staying but I use the Heathrow/Gatwick/Stansted Express Trains which are relatively cheap and excellent service.

Used them last September. The driver showed up close to on time, drove twice the speedlimit and talked on his cellphone the entire trip. If I recall correctly, the gas gauge was alarmingly low.

 

Having said that, he got us there on time and for the agreed upon price.

We used justairports.com last summer and while we had over an hour wait to go through customs, then an extra 30 minutes to get our bags, the chauffeur was patiently waiting for us. He had a Volvo station, plenty of rooms for our luggage. I had wrongly keyed in the area code of the hotel, so there was a bit of confusion at first, but he quickly found the route to our dowtown hotel. Would use them again without any hesitation - no deposits required at time of booking.
