scales

Hi
Does anyone know if they have scales in the doctors office or the gym on royal caribbean.I have lost 31lbs so far and would like to keep track of my weight on board.I dont want to diet on vacation but i dont want to get home and find out Ive gained a lot.I still have so far to go to reach my goal.Good luck everyone.

Most gyms on the various ships do have scales, but do yourself a favor and just weigh (if you must)when u get there and b4 u leave(remember all scales read differently, so it will be different from your home scale)...you'll totally ruin your vacation if you don't cut yourself some slack and just enjoy...especially if you walk the stairs and stay active.

Vacation is supposed to be different from our everyday lives...that's why when I'm home I'm eating well, and working out 6days/week, and when I go a cruise, I eat pretty much what I want to, and might visit the gym once, but reward yourself and you'll be the better for it.
