Beaches in Cozumel

We are cruising to Cozumel in December and need to find a beach that is easy to enter the water but also is good to snorkle in. Last time we went we sent to Dzul Ha and was hard for my son to reach the water, he has a little disability with his mobility. We were thinking of Nachi Cocom but really don't want to pay $49.00 to get in because we are wanting to spend the second half of the day at C&C and Frogs.

Any suggestions?

Generally, you won't find a beach where the sand goes out into the water to have very good snorkeling.

I agree with Bruce-R. We were at Nachi Cocom in April, nice sand beach, but no underwater features to attract fish, so really no snorkeling.

Thanks to both of you for your help. Maybe Dzul Ha would still be the best to go to, they have stairs to go down to the water.
