We ate lunch and dinner at the copper river center roadhouse last year. Food was delicious and owners were wonderful. They even gave us a ride in their own car back to the princess lodge after dinner. There's not much else to do in copper river center but we took the jet boat excursion during the day and then walked around. We also had breakfast and dinner and the princess lodge and it was very good.

In Denali we had a really good lunch at the Salmon Bake across the street from the lodge. The halibut fish and chips are to die for!! We also had one dinner at the lodge restaurant. It was very good as well.

We rented a car in fairbanks and went to the Pump House for dinner. It was good but nothing to shout about. We also had one dinner at the lodge in Fairbanks, it was also good. I would try another Salmon Bake in Fairbanks. Just because it's a salmon bake that doesn't mean they only serve salmon.

All the princess lodges have nice restaurants and BEAUTIFUL views from the patio's. You really can't go wrong when you are in such a beautiful place.
