**Fee for charging chips in casino?**

They charge the same as many others...3 %. I wonder if this may be due to cash advance fees charged by the credit card companies, since that's the source of the funds. Cash advances are treated differently than charges.

Thanks! 3% isn't bad. ATM's in Europe charge that or more. Hate to travel with unnecessary dollars.

10 cruises and counting, 3 cruise lines, never a charge in the casino for cash. Went right on the ship's card same as ordering a drink. Cash advances on a credit card, now that's a different thing altogether. I'm glad I know about the charge in advance though, so it won't be a shocker!

Hi Margie,

Mike and I are going to Alaska next summer -- and I just saw (on your signature) that you have been there. Do you have my email address? I can't find yours. Can you give me some advice about the Alaska itinerary?

Janice
