Poipu Beach

Hi,

 

We're going on NCL's PoA in August and are thinking of going to the Wailua river in the morning but then in the afternoon I would like to go to Poipu Beach. Other than a rental car, is there an easy way of getting there? Or should we just stick to the Mariott Resort instead?

No, I'm sorry but there is not (at least not at this time). It's about 30 minutes drive from the pier and would be (IMO) cost-prohibitive by taxi. Plus, I don't ever recall seeing taxis hanging around Poipu beach park, so you'd have to make arrangements in advance or call for one. My suggestion is to go ahead and visit Kalapaki at the Marriott.
