Tents on the Galveston Dock??

I was just looking at the webcam to see the Conquest, and I noticed there are tents set up. Anyone know what those are for? Are they starting to provide shade for people who like to watch the ships leave?:confused: :D Maybe they are having a new kind of send off with music or something! :D ;)

It was a benifit for the Yoga's Children Fund - 11-12 May. They have a web site you can check out. It looked like alot of fun and some good eats:D
