I am on the Carnival Legend in December and want to know if anyone has any other recommendations for Grand Cayman....I have been here several times and have done Stingray City and an 800 foot dive in a mini submarine on past excursions...

 

Since I would like to buy a black coral stingray, I thought just grabbing a cab and going to the beach might be the ticket...
