Cabin 8058 on the SUMMIT

Can anyone tell me if the view from Cabin 8058 balcony-Panorama Deck,

is obstructed in anyway? It appears some kind of observation

area is between Decks 8 and 9 on both port and starboard,

blocking some balcony views. Please take a look and advise.
