Florence Excursions

We're arriving in Livorno for an overnight stay on July 20th (Legend of the Seas). I'm struggling with the Florence excursions. It seems that none of them "visit" the Accademia gallery. Am I reading this right? I thought that this was a MUST see.

 

I thought of a private tour instead, and found ones by Vatican Tours Inc., JDB Tours, and Rome Insight (seems VERY expensive). Anyone have any experience with them? Or other suggestions?
