I have used "no shirt, no shoes, no service" - Kenney Chesney, "all night long" - Lionel Richie, we did a Christmas cruise this past year and used "All I want for Christmas is a real good tan" - Kenney Chesney and then there is the old stand-by "Kokomo" - Beach Boys

These are days...to remember. Artist is a female, and cannot think of her name.

Also there are many caribbean songs for background, that you can gradually quiet and have the original video (like people laughing, etc) play over too.

If you are going to Jamaica, "Montego Bay" by Bobby Bloom would work.

Another good one for a Caribbean cruise is "In The Summertime" by Mungo Jerry. Both of these are from the 70's.
