lovecruisingtoo Posted May 21, 2007 #2 Share Posted May 21, 2007 Hi. I want to know how sea sickness is on Windstar. It is a smaller vessel. If you do a search on "seasick" or "sickness" you will find numerous threads on this subject.
weretired Posted May 22, 2007 #3 Share Posted May 22, 2007 sailed 2x on the 2 smaller ships and sea sickness did not seem to be an issue for the people on my cruises in the caribbean.
Xoe Posted May 26, 2007 #4 Share Posted May 26, 2007 on the Costa Rica itinerary on Wind Star in January. I didn't experience the motion as being much different than on larger ships. I take Bonine, always, when cruising -- "better safe than sorry" and the meds for seasickness must be taken beforehand. I also wear seabands if things get rocky.
