If you do a search on "seasick" or "sickness" you will find numerous threads on this subject.

sailed 2x on the 2 smaller ships and sea sickness did not seem to be an issue for the people on my cruises in the caribbean.

on the Costa Rica itinerary on Wind Star in January. I didn't experience the motion as being much different than on larger ships.

 

I take Bonine, always, when cruising -- "better safe than sorry" and the meds for seasickness must be taken beforehand. I also wear seabands if things get rocky.
