Transportation from Honolulu airport to ship?

My family of 5 adults are booked on the Pride of Hawaii 9-10-07. I would appreciate any information on transportation to the port. I would prefer to arrange a taxi (or limo) that has a vehicle large enough to accommodate 5 adults along with our luggage. I have used tranfers with the cruise line before and prefer not to do that if possible. Does anyone have information about rates for cabs to the port?

You may want to consider making pre-arrangements with a limo or van service because of the number of people (5 pax) and the amount of bags you have (2/pax minimum). The taxi's are like lincolns however, every now and then you can get a van taxi (few and may not be there when you need it). You can google airport shuttle honolulu or hawaii. Main cab services are "The Cab" and "Charley's Taxi". Hope this helps.
