No that is not the newest one. We stayed there in October because the Embassy Suites - Convention Center (the newest one) was not open yet.

 

The newest one is right at the port near the Marriott Waterfront. I hope to stay there the next time we are in town. If you go to their website, the address should be listed. Embassy Suite Convention Center
