Sunset Beach--to tip or not to tip?

Sunset Beach Resort is an all inclusive resort, so when you go there for the day and pay your $40, that's supposed to include tips as well? Anyone been there who can advise me on whether or not we should slip an extra tip for drinks, servers, etc? Trying to figure out what's appropriate...

We were there last year and tried our darndest to tip and they WOULD NOT take it . They said they could be fired so we didn't press it after that. WE had this one guy who kept making us all these different concoctions[drinks] all day and would have loved to show our appreciation. Hope this helps. We will be travelling to Ocho Rios in Nov. and are planning to go to the Sunset Beach Resort there . Has anyone been there and have any opinions. We loved the one in MoBay- it was a great way to spend the day.:D
