Princess Transportation from Anchorage to Whittier

We will be arriving in Anchorage on 6/11 around 2:40 P.M. and are supposed to be met by a Princess representative who will direct us to transportation to get to the boat in Whittier. Does anyone know if Princess use buses or the train to transport Princess passengers? We have been informed that it will take approximately 2 hours.

From what I was told by Princess for our cruise in August,we will be going on the bus as the train is not available. Everyone you talk to at Princess has a different answer. We really wanted to go on the train.
