Any info about M/S Holiday moving from Mobile to Panama City, FL?

I've read that Mobile will be getting a larger ship but haven't found anything saying that the Holiday may or could possibility move to Panama City, FL. Anyone heard or read something and will share?

 

I hope if it does move to Panama City that the terminal will be as easy to access as the one in Mobile.

The rumor says that a Spanish Cruise line will get the Celebration and the Holiday with Mobile getting a bigger ship to replace the Holiday. . . . No news of any Carnival ships coming to Panama City . . .
