Name & Address to send "praise" letter

Can anyone give me the name and address of RCI management? I would also love to send a directly to the "Serenade of the Seas". I know that the Serenade is in Alaska for the summer. How would I go about sending a letter so that it reaches the Serenade soon? I had such a wonderful cruise on May 5th, and the staff and crew were especially nice. I just want to inform RCI on what friendly and efficient service that was given. These guys deserve recognition! Thanks for any help that you can give!:)

I just send anything to the C&A society email address and request they forward it to the appropriate division. Works every time.

I sent one praising some staff on the Navigator we were on last month. Received a nice phone call from Royal Caribbean thanking me for the email and to tell me it had been forwarded to the ship.

 

They do appreciate that kind of correspondence.

Just wanted to say that I think its great to send a "well done" letter.

 

Generally people are very quick to send in letters of complaint and IMHO I think its very thoughtful of you to take the time to write a letter of praise so Well done to you too.:D
