What is your favorite drink?

Recommended Posts

I was reading over a few threads that mentioned different kinds of drinks and I thought it would be fun to put it all in one. If you can remember some of ingredients add those too.

Here is one of my favorites:

Tropical Dream

malibu mango rum and coconut rum

banana schnapps

stoli vodka

O.J

Pineapple Juice

Grenadine

I also love a yummy Appletini

I think Im going to give this one a try soon LOL:D

Dirty Silk Panties

3/4 oz vodka

3/4 oz peach schnapps

2 drops grenadine syrup

Pour vodka & Peach Schnapps into a stainless steel shaker over ice, shake until completely cold then strain into a large shot glass and top with 2 drops Grenadine.

Sounds good to me but I think I'll have to call it something else. (Dirty silk panties?) How about Dirty boxer shorts?

Mine would be the Goombay Smash. I must have had 20 of those last month. I think it consisted of:

Rum

Coconut Rum

Pineapple Juice

Orange Juice

Apricot Brandy

Maybe a little grenadnie

It was the drink of the day one day, but you could order them all the time.

Yum!

 Bushwacker:eek:

Mixing instructions:

Fill blender 3/4 with ice (small cubes best). Add a small splash of vodka, a small splash of Grand Marnier. Add a healthy serving of kahlua and a little less healthy splash of amarreto. Fill the blender with Bailey's until liquid is 1/2 inch from top of icecubes. Mix until smooth. Pour in hurricane glass and sprinkle some nutmeg on top! (Sorry about the vagueness. I learned this recipe while bartending in the Virgin Islands -- St. Thomas before it was demolished by Marylin. The drink is kick ass! The consistency should be like a milk shake, except without the milk. Also, this drink may be a bit expensive here (liquor is EXTREMELY cheap in the Caribbean)).

Blue Margarita

You don't need to many of these

1 fluid ounce tequila

1/4 fluid ounce triple sec

1/4 fluid ounce blue curacao

3 fluid ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix

Blend all ingredients together, pour over ice and garnish with lemon wedge

Tanquerey Martini - very dry. 5 Queen olives. Violently shaken. If you don't get infintessimally small ice chips that pass through the strainer, than you haven't shaken it violently enough.

Take three on an empty stomach. See you in the morning:D
