Cunard charges my bill to someone else!

Oh dear Cunard (shoreside?) when will you get things right.

 

You have charged dear mum my bill as well as her own and taken her over her credit card limit, mum has a low limit as she is afraid of getting her card stolen and big bills being run up...oops... oh the irony :rolleyes: .

Will be interesting to see what transpires when she phones you tomorrow.

Especially as she was embarrassed in the shop trying to use her credit card yesterday.

 

Keeping fingers crossed that Cunard are on their best behaviour and will resolve this asap.

Did you register only one credit card? We register only one for the two of us and both accounts are charged to the same card. You should have received your final accounts on the last day of your trip, showing the totals for each person, but these would go on the same card if you registered only one.
