Ft. Lauderdale, what to do?

Last Feb. when we were there, we took the Carrie B. boat cruise and it was wonderful. It takes you behind a lot of wonderful homes on the intercoastal waterway. It also took us right by all the cruise ships on

the port. I would do it again. Also, if you go to their web site you can

print out some coupons.

Other than that, we just went to the beach for a day and hung around.

There are plenty of shopping and dining options along the Beach front in Fort Lauderdale! You could easily spend a day just walking up and down the strip.

If the beach is not your "thing", you could take a sightseeing boat tour, go visit the Butterfly Farm, go on an air boat ride through the everglades, or go over to the casino!

Also, your Hotel will be able to recommend plenty of things to do in their area. Be sure to ask when you check in!

Fort Lauderdale is one of my favorite cities to visit and I would spend the day at the beach front!

:)
