Century room

Has anyone stayed in room 8229 or 9243 on the Century? It looks like it is an aft room, but not sure. Was curious if there would be a lot of noise.

Being an aft cabin it will have a fair amount of noise and vibration everytime the ship either comes into or leaves port.

We stayed in 9245 in 2005 (pre refurbishment). It is an aft room and you will feel vibration and some noise when entering and leaving a port. Also heard a lot of door slamming. There is a door leading to the outside stairs betweem 9245 and 9243. Neither of these issues were bad enough to ruin a great cruise on a very nice ship:)

I'll ask for another.....does anyone know about Century Suite 1147? I know it is aft also.
