Galaxy sky Deck

I was looking at the deck plans for Galaxy Sky Deck. Does anyone know what the the little cut out portions on the balconies are. Cabin 1202 does not have a cut out, but the others do. What does this mean? Does 1202 have a larger cabin???

Larger balconies. They were made to allow more light into the buffet below

No cut out are larger balconies. The smaller the cutout the larger the balcony
