Excursions from QM2

Just wondering if any one has done any of the Hamburg excursions. We ( my mother in law and I) are booked on the 24th July Sumer Getaway and have today received some info about excursions but no timings. My MIL has mobility problems so a long trip to Berlin is out of the question. Just wondering if anyone has done 'Hamburg and Town Hall' trip. We want a tour that has very little walking but our choice seems to be very limited.

 

Letter from Cunard indicates that the actual shore excursion programe will not be delivered before we sail so I suppose we may have to book something onboard.

 

Perhaps we should opt for a taxi and get them to take us to the place we want and can return to the ship as and when we want.

 

The only trips offered for Hamburg ( we have discounted Berlin since trips are v v long) :

 

Hanseatic Lubeck - A UNESCO World Heritage Site (5 hrs)

Hamburg and Town Hall (3.5 hrs)

Hamburg, St Michael's Church and Organ Recital (don't think MIL is that impressed with organs).

 

Any advice greatfully received!
