Question about back 2 back cruises

Recommended Posts

If you have a back to back cruise do you have to get off and re-board or can you just stay on the ship

We recently did b2b ( South America / Panama Canal) on the Infinity and we could have stayed on the ship, but opted to take a tour....no problem either way...mb

It all depends on the ship and the port you are in. We have done several b2b's and each time we have had to disembark for about 15 minutes and then we were allowed to reboard.

Usually all pax that are doing a b2b meet in a designated area and then are led off the ship by a staff member, go through Customs and Immigration and then reboard the ship, going through the same procedure as you did for your first cruise of having your picture taken again for your SeaPass account.

From what we were told on our b2b last fall by a staff member on Radiance.........the ship must be cleared of all pax for approximately 15-20 minutes............BUT each ship is different.

Enjoy your b2b.......there's nothing like it.
