taffy12 Posted June 13, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2007 Did anybody else from this board go on the Cruise to Dunn's River Falls excursion in Jamaica during the June 3 sailing of Mariner...and did you buy the DVD the tour guides made? We bought one, brought it home, and found, to our disappointment, that it won't work. It's burned (we can tell from looking at the underside), but none of our players or computers or anything will recognize anything on it. There was an email address on the case to contact if there were any problems, but they're insisting that the DVD should work, and we're afraid that we won't be able to get another copy of the same DVD. Is anybody else having any problems or has anyone dealt with these DVDs before? Does anybody have the same DVD that could perhaps make a copy for us? PSCruiser Posted June 14, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 14, 2007 Keep trying with it. Our's didn't work in 2 different computer DVD drives, but worked on a TV DVD player.
