dna515 Posted June 14, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2007 I'm sailing the LOS on June 23 (yay!) and I keep seeing people post threads about "roll call" but I have no idea what it is? Should I do it?
Lorij91 Posted June 14, 2007 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2007 Roll call is where people on the same sailing start talking and chatting to each other before the cruise. It's a great way to get to know people before being on board, sharing hints and ideas and generally having fun. Also, if you sign up for the meet and mingle, RCI provides a room and snacks for everyone to get together on the ship. We are leaving on Sunday.... YEAH!!! and we have over 40 people signed up for the meet and mingle scheduled for Monday lunchtime. We started the rollcall late last summer, so it's been a great way to pass the time until sailing date. It's great fun, you should do it. Go to the main board and look down the page to roll calls. Look and see if someone has started one for your ship and sailing date and join on in.
Sue L Posted June 14, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 14, 2007 Go to the roll call section of the boards and look up your sailing. It will be a thread with a bunch of people who are sailing with you. Sign up for the Meet and Mingle and RCCL will have a party on board for you. It is fun to meet others going on your sailing. It is like having friends on board with you. I would have posted a link but I didn't know whether you mean Legend or Liberty.
Retired LEO Posted June 14, 2007 #4 Share Posted June 14, 2007 You didn't say if it's the Liberty or the Legend. If it's the Liberty here's the roll call for the June 23rd. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=456652 Jump in and have at it. Join the M&M.
