Anyone know why Princess cancelled SNUBA in Grand Turk?

They cancelled my August excursion, saying it was a safely issue with the cove where the SNUBA took place, and they would not rebook unless they found an different company to lead the tours. They could not tell me the background to this, and I was wondering if something had happened on a cruise, or with the company (New Wave SNUBA). I believe they may have cancelled their SCUBA trips also.
