Seattle Info Req - Orca Watch (San Juan Islands) & Over The Rainbow Hot Air Balloon

Has anyone done a pre or post cruise excursion to Bellingham Washington (90 minutes north of Seattle) to go on an Orca Watch cruise?

We're sailing on the NCL Star out of Seattle on 8/25/07, arriving at SeaTac in the early afternoon of the 23rd. With a day plus in Washington prior to our cruise, we're seriously considering driving north up I-5 to Bellingham to take a 7 hour Orca Watch tour with an company called Island Mariner Cruises to see the Orca pods in the San Juan Islands area.

Has anyone ever toured with this company? The prices seem very reasonable ($65/person after coupon) and they guarantee Orca sightings.

On a related note (excursion wise) we're also considering a Hot Air Balloon ride with a company called Over The Rainbow, does anybody have experience with them as well?

Any information on either of the above would be greatly appreciated!
