Transportation and Tour Between Southampton and Heathrow

Four of us will need transportation from Southampton Pier to Heathrow. We will be off of our cruise by 8:30 AM and don't have a flight to the US until 4:00 PM. Instead of going directly to the airport, we were hoping to find a car service that could provide a tour on the way due to the excess amount of time that we have until our flight. Any suggestions on what we should see and a car service that may be able to help? Are there any other options other than a car service that we should consider?

There are many things to do. We are stopping in Windsor on the way to Southampton from Heathrow. It is only 9 miles from the airport. We hired a chauffer to take us. You can also stop at Stonehenge, Slisbur, Winchester-lots of things on the way. Have a good time.

No, we are not on the same cruise. We are onthe QE2 leaving Southampton on July 8 and returning to Southampton on July 24. We have a car and driver arranged to pick us up from Heathrow, tour windsor and carrying on to the ship. On the return, we are being chauffered to a central London hotel. It is easier with 3 of us and luggage for all the formal nights on the cruise to hire drivers. Have a good time in August, Chantal.

We have arranged through Woodford Chauffeurs to tour Stonehenge before going to Heathrow. You can google the company's name to find out their contact info. We have used this company before and find them to be very professional and reputable, plus really nice people.
