Vincent...the Grenadines...trinidad...tobago...grenada And Its

Dependencies...and St. Lucia. Interests Around The Eastern

Caribbean Sea Should Closely Monitor The Progress Of Earl.

 

At 5 Am Ast...0900z...the Center Of Tropical Storm Earl Was

Located Near Latitude 11.7 North...longitude 59.1 West Or About

105 Miles... 170 Km...south-southeast Of Barbados. This Is

Also About 175 Miles...285 Km... East-southeast Of Grenada And

About 95 Miles...150 Km...east-northeast Of Tobago.

 

Earl Is Moving Toward The West Near 25 Mph...41 Km/hr...and A Motion

To The West Or West-northwest Is Expected For The Next 24 Hours. On

This Track...the Storm Will Move Over Portions Of The Windward

Islands Later Today. Weather Conditions Over The Windward Islands

Will Continue To Deteriorate This Morning And Into The Afternoon.

 

Maximum Sustained Winds Are Near 45 Mph... 75 Km/hr...with Higher
