auj1fan Posted April 28, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 28, 2004 I'll be going to Alaska on my first cruise in July aboard the Zaandam with 10 other people and we are looking into booking a Juneau Icefield Floatplane through Holland America but also through Wings of Alaska airlines. Has anyone taken this tour? It's only like 1 1/2 hours and $169.00. Is this a good one to take. Your thoughts and comments are appreciated. Thanks! Budget Queen Posted April 29, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 29, 2004 My opinion only, but a flight vs a glacier landing is no comparism with the glacier helicopter landing my top pick. Lisa Waverley Posted April 29, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 29, 2004 BQ Do you have recommendations for companies doing the helicoptrr glacier landing? Sorry, but the search feature does not seem to be working well.
