Has anyone taken any cooking classes in ports in Italy? Specifically, Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi coast or Livorno/Florence or Palermo? I've been to the area before and am looking for something different to do.... Thanks.

You might want to have a look at the tripadvisor destination boards for these areas. I've seen some threads on cooking classes over there, particularly for the Florence area/Tuscan cooking classes.
