Gem? Any thoughts or suggestions?

We first cruised on the Dawn and LOVED it and loved leaving from NYC. We just sailed the Carnival Miracle and had a great time with that line as well, but I must say I missed "freestyle". We're thinking we may come back to NCL for Christmas '08 and try the Gem out of NYC. I know it will be cold for quite a while but dh loved the private island and I love Disney so I think the Gem is a good choice for us.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions?
