RCI Serenade ots front/aft deck 7?

Should I stay in the front or back of Serenade of the seas (Aft is on the side not facing the rear). SOme say that motion is worse in the front, but others say it is worst in the rear due to engines.

 

Sailing tio Alaska and booked late so there aren't many choices left.

 

Looks like the balconies are larger on deck seven than on deck eight? Anyonwe know if they are or not?
