Which dining room for traditional?

We're on the Coral July 16th and can hardly believe our year of waiting is nearly over. I've been pouring over the ship diagrams so we can explore when we board (ok, maybe I'm getting a tad obsessive), but don't know whether Traditional is served in the Bordeaux or the Provence Dining Room. This is our first cruise and our TA thought we'd enjoy the traditional experience... since it's light until 11:30 or so, we figured the late seating would be a fun way to go. With all the lively folks I've "read" on these boards, I'm now looking forward to both the cruise AND meeting new friends!

The Provence dining room on Fiesta deck is the traditional dining room.
