Help with Pacific Northwest

Doesn't matter. As is normal generally on all cruises the only time you see land is when you are going and coming from a port or through narrow spots and there is no better side.

North gets sun on the Port side....

South the other way around. that's it!! If there is sun :)

Dutchess - Following is a link to our recent (May) Pacific Northwest cruise photos. Maybe they'll help convince your husband.

We started at San Francisco and went to Astoria, OR, Seattle, WA, Nanaimo, BC, Victoria, BC and ended in Vancouver. We had a geat time and rented cars at Astoria and Victoria which was very easy to do. It is a nice change of pace from beach oriented cruises.

Cujosmom your pictues are beautiful thanks for sharing them with me. My problem is we are booked on a cruise in May & because we have time constraints(DH's job) I am so trying to squeeze this one in. Now with your amunition I am going to press harder. Good idea about renting the cars. We just did this in April in Hawaii much better then the ships tour's.

Thanks again I need all the help that I can get.

We did a Pacific Northwest cruise out of San Francisco to Vancouver in May. The best balcony cabins are on the aft !!

We were on your cruise this past May, and you're right...an Aft is perfect.

But if you don't have that particular cabin, then when leaving S.F., the port side would be best.
