what time for pick up? going and coming

Hubby and I are on the Radiance in Sept to Hawaii and we are staying at Disneyland Paradise Pier. We want to be at the pier around 11am what time should we ask for pick up? I think we are going to use Prime Time shuttle. On the return we are going back to DL what time should we ask to be picked up. We are diamond and have priority embarkation?
