Hawaii

You can run into rough seas and more rain in February, though it's the best month for whale watching, especially in Maui around Lahaina. Kauai will be very wet, especially in North Shores, but it's usually wet there any time of the year anyway. March might be a little better. The best is May, rain is over, not yet hot, and flowers start to bloom. Summer is a lovely time of the year in Hawaii. Sea warm and the Trades keep it comfortable. But winter storms do not happen every year. Hawaii is lovely any month.
