Catagory E3 Cabins on Radiance Class Ships

Can anyone tell me about the "obstructions" on Deck 7 Cat. E3 cabins?

I've been told that most of the balconies have a 10%-25% obstruction.

I think what they are talking about is the lifeboats which are under the balconies. They will block your view from looking directly down to the sea. Personally I don't have a problem with this but many people don't like that they are not able to look directly down.

We ALWAYS have deck 7. I just consider the canopy over the lifeboats as an extra escape route! When you are sitting on the balcony, the view is normal. If you stand at the rail and look directly down, you will see the canopy and not the ocean.

 

Doesn't bother us in the slightest!!
