World Cruises - Are soda cards available?

I'll be booking a 2009 world cruise and, I'm interested in finding out if Cunard offers Soda Cards for World Cruises and, if so, what is the charge?

 

I've researched the threads and, it seems transatlantic sailings offer soda cards for $23.

 

Any information is appreciated.

The Soda cards are sold by section - I overheard a World Cruiser trying to buy one for the whole trip, to be told that they could be sold a Trans Atlantic one first, then would have to buy other sectors later.
