weather in Nov???

How is the weather in November. We will be at St Thomas and St Marten during the week of Nov 6-13th. Is it hot? Like for shorts and t-shirts or is it a little cooler like for pants/capris/ t-shirt? I am from NC and here it is cool but pleasant in Nov. Please help me know how to pack.
