Bathroom flooded on the Island Princess

The crazy thing on our 6/11 cruise was that one morning our bathroom was flooded with maybe pool water? I was in D517 and the cabin next to our (maybe D515) was also flooded. We were out of our cabin most of the day. It was kinda crazy. DId anyone else on this cruise experience flooding?

Pool water huh? are you sure? cruise ships seem to have lots of sewer system issues. This happens especially if someone down the line from you flushes inappropriate material.it jams things up..

The water was clean and smelled slightly chlorine-ish. So fairly certain is was such type water. Further, that night the Lotus pool was empty. Hmmmmm

Wow. A pool on the dolphin deck. I guess that is another perk of the mini suites.

That is weird - did the staff give you any explanation?:confused: I would hope it was pool water as well. I haven't heard of this.

We were on Island,when it was new in 2003,and had a fresh water break over our room which completely flooded the cabin and everything in it.Quite a experience seeing a cabin disassembled and reassembled in 1 day.
